Staff and Parents

We work with a high ratio of adults to children to enable us to monitor individual development. All children who have funded sessions at the group are assigned a staff member as a key person who takes a special interest in their progress.

Our Pre-school Staff

The Pre-School is managed by Emma Dellman (second from left). She is assisted by (left to right) Hannah Gibbs, Gillian White, Kate Harmsworth and Janet Malcolm. Emma attends full time with the other staff providing cover during different sessions of the week.

Our Mummies and Daddies

In addition we operate a voluntary Parent Rota to assist at the Pre-School each half term. We feel this is a vital link between the Pre-School and the parents. It is a wonderful opportunity to see how we operate on a daily basis, find out more about how your child is getting on at the pre-school and chat to their Key Worker about their progress.
